This traditional Blackthorn Shillelagh measures 101 cm and features a medium-sized natural knob head with a comfortable, classic shape. Made from mature Irish Blackthorn, the stick has a particularly attractive natural appearance with plenty of individual character.
The natural finish allows the colour, grain, bark and markings of the mature Blackthorn to remain clearly visible. Rather than covering the wood with a heavy finish, its natural character has been preserved, giving the shaft the rugged appearance associated with a traditional Irish Shillelagh.
The medium-sized knob provides a substantial but comfortable grip and complements the proportions of the shaft beautifully. This is a one-of-a-kind Irish walking stick for someone looking for a traditional Shillelagh with a particularly natural look and feel.
You’ll receive the exact stick shown in the photos. The stick can be sized to your preferred length — you can leave a note at checkout or get in touch to discuss, although we generally recommend shortening it yourself once you have it in hand so you can choose the perfect height.
