This Blackthorn Shillelagh measures 98 cm and features a medium-sized natural knob head with a comfortable traditional shape. Made from mature Irish Blackthorn, it has plenty of natural character while remaining a practical walking and hiking stick.
One of the standout features is the beautiful mature bark that remains intact along the shaft. The natural texture, markings and variations in the bark have been preserved rather than removed, giving the stick the rugged appearance associated with a traditional Irish Shillelagh.
A natural oil finish protects the wood while allowing the colour and character of the mature Blackthorn to remain clearly visible. The combination of the knob head, intact bark and naturally formed shaft makes this a genuinely one-of-a-kind Irish walking stick.
You’ll receive the exact stick shown in the photos. The stick can be sized to your preferred length — you can leave a note at checkout or get in touch to discuss, although we generally recommend shortening it yourself once you have it in hand so you can choose the perfect height.
